Wedding Day Coordination Package
With this service we will ensure that your Wedding Day unfolds as you’ve always imagined and as you’ve planned for. This can be helpful as time tends to pass rather quickly when there’s a lot to be done and it’s important that you have time to prepare and enjoy yourself.
Meeting You
We will meet with you up to 2 months before your Wedding Day so that you can provide us with details of all the arrangements you have made and tell us how you envisage your day.
We will also visit your venue with you and will then continue liaising with the venue, your suppliers, any other required parties and yourselves to reconfirm all arrangements, which will relieve you of these time consuming tasks in the lead up to the day.
You will receive a schedule for the day based on your arrangements and a responsibility list for your bridesmaids, best man maid of honour and ushers to make sure they know what they will need to do.
We will also attend your final rehearsal if required. Throughout our involvement we will be available to answer any questions you may have.
On the Day
On the day we will be first to arrive at your venue, following the schedule to make sure the day proceeds as planned. Your Beyond Expectations team will decorate your venue, ensure all suppliers arrive on time and complete tasks as required and will be available to run any last minute errands that arise. By the time you arrive for your ceremony and reception, everything will be set out as you envisaged.
Although we will be present for any of your requirements, we will step back during your ceremony and reception to allow you to enjoy your celebrations in the company of your loved ones.
After the Celebrations
When you have left your venue after the ceremony and reception, we will remain to ensure everything is cleared up as required so that you don’t have to think about it.
