We are your One Stop Wedding Specialists who understands that your wedding day is extremely important and special to you. We also understand that this is the day you have dreamed of and everything must be just perfect. The range of services we offer can help pull together some or all of your wedding elements with or without the cost of an assigned wedding planner. The choice is yours.
The Choice is Yours – Wedding Planner or Wedding Services
As wedding specialists, we offer bespoke wedding packages where we will design, plan and coordinate your wedding with you to meet your requirements and budget. Alternatively, you can simply select any of our individual wedding services where we will offer advice for, and plan, each area you have chosen to have assistance with. These services include, but are not limited to, our deliciously flavoured wedding cakes, wedding flowers including bridal bouquets, bridal party flowers and floral arrangements, church or ceremony venue and reception decorating, table decorations, wedding favours, chair cover hire, wedding invitations and stationery, wedding cars and catering equipment hire.
Your wedding elements will be tailor-made from your ideas and fully co-coordinated without you having to visit several service providers. Very soon we hope to be able to offer honeymoon packages or send you abroad for your wedding as we are currently developing our Destination Weddings service. What ever you choose, rest assured that a personal consultant will work with you offering you a high standard of service.
The Beyond Expectations Team
Our Wedding Consultant team offers a wealth of experience and expertise in wedding design, wedding planning and ‘on the day wedding co-ordination’. We are a small, friendly and professional company made up of a qualified hotel manager, an event manager and travel consultant, cake decorators, florists, a photographer, business consultants, caterers and silver service staff, art designers and craft hobbyists, all with a keen eye for detail.
With such expertise on offer, we are unique in that we can bring together and match your wedding cake design and decoration, your bridal bouquet and floral arrangements, invitations and other wedding stationery including your seating plan and your wedding photography. We can supply materials for your wedding favours or make them for you and we can decorate your venue and church. Look out this autumn for our Honeymoons and Destination Wedding service.
Hire Service
Beyond Expectations offers a Wedding and Celebration Hire service which includes Wedding Chair Covers, Catering equipment, table cloths and napkins, glassware, cutlery and crockery, pedestals, columns, stem and lily vases, wedding arches, candelabras, trees, fairy lights, light curtains and drapery. If you are using a hall for your reception, why not use our set up and clean up service!
We have extended our hire service for customers’ convenience and now work closely with Wedding Car Chauffeurs who offer a fleet of vintage, classic and stylish wedding cars and limousines, qualified Red Coat Toast Masters from the Guild, a sensational Fire Work Display company and selected wedding venues within the Croydon and Surrey areas, some of which are suitably licenced. All our suppliers has been carefully selected to ensure the same high standards are met, sharing the same level of customer focus as we do.
By using various elements of our wedding services together, or separately, you will receive our full attention and support. Our wedding cakes, wedding flowers, venue and table decorations are made exclusively to create the perfect wedding ceremony and reception.
