We believe the wedding cake is a very ancient tradition which symbolises union and allows guests to share in your happiness. We customise our cakes as we believe in individual choice.
We specialise in the Traditional Great Black cake, Grandma’s special recipe from the Caribbean laced with Puerto Rican rum and fine spices. The fruits are minced so there are no lumps and bumps, just pure delicious black cake, moist and mature, making it rich in flavour. Our other speciality fruitcake is the prestigious Creole cake, another of Grandma’s fine recipes of finely chopped fruits and spices blended with fine French Reserve Cognac, mellowed by the taste of soft, rich brown Caribbean sugar. Even brides who have said they don’t like fruit cake have ended up ordering the whole wedding cake in one of these fine fruit selections.
With a wide choice of flavours your tiers can be made up of chocolate sponge with chocolate fudge filling, Madeira with vanilla cream, refreshing Lemon Drizzle, Carrot cake with or without chopped walnuts or Coconut cake.
