For the discerning bride and groom, there is now a wide choice of venues for hire including schools, and function halls. This gives you the opportunity to arrange your wedding breakfast from table layout to menu selection.

We stock high quality furniture, table linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware, all of first class catering standards. Our table linen is heavy weight and wrinkle free.

We supply a full range of banqueting supplies to make your wedding spectacular and professional and can advise you on style and quantity. Our range includes head table skirting, organza table runners, table squares and chair covers with organza sashes.

Our banquet accessories include table number holders with number cards in gold and silver, champagne buckets and stands, silver candelabras, a range of cake stands and cake knife sets.

We guarantee your delivery dates once confirmed, provide a dishwashing and cleaning service, delivery and collection service or if you wish to collect, we provide customer car parking at our showroom. What’s more, no order is too small and we are more than happy to supply and set up the most intimate wedding breakfast.

It’s easy to work out your total order cost by using our quotation form. We have listed all our catering equipment and decorating props for hire. All you have to do is put in the quantity you require of each item and it will be calculated for you. You can adjust if you wish, and your total will adjust. Whether you chose a formal wedding breakfast or an informal buffet reception, we can suggest suitable menus to satisfy your taste and budget.

We work with carefully selected Chefs who are flexible and knowledgeable in international cuisine.

Of course you will have every opportunity to meet with the Chefs and discuss your menu as well as taste your selection before you place your order.

Banquets and Buffets

Beyond Expectations is unique, because our team have a wealth of experience from many professions and fields within the wedding industry. We have qualified Silver Service staff who will tend to your guest tables offering your guests a wonderful eating experience and creating an unforgettable ambiance.

We can be on hand to serve at a buffet or to assist your own caterers with table service.

All our staff are uniformed and we hold Food Hygiene certificates, so let us take all the stress and strain out of your celebration.

Our aim is to add the final touch that makes all the difference.

Set up and Clean up Service

Our staff takes great pride in providing an excellent customer service and we are happy to provide you with a full set up and clean up service, to ensure your tables are completely and correctly set up for your wedding breakfast, all in good time.

We return to the venue once the party is over, to undress the tables, pack away the hired items and clear the venue of all waste including bottles, plastics, and paper waste. We then return your venue to management within the contracted time, leaving you and your loved ones free to go home feeling confident that the hall has been cleared, cleaned and vacated freeing you from penalty charges.
